Hike, the once-popular online chat service, has since shifted its focus to blockchain gaming. It has announced the launch of Rush Avatar NFTs, a non-fungible token (NFT) virtual profile displayed on its blockchain gaming platform, Rush Gaming Universe (RGU). The airdrop, or initial rollout, of the NFT digital art, will take happening today on Android and later on iOS.

According to Hike, as part of the initial sale, the business would deliver ‘launch edition’ NFTs to the platform’s most active users. It will be rarer than other NFTs on the forum, therefore rewarding the platform’s most active players with more value tokens than others.

Rush Avatar’s NFT Digital Art

He also stated that gamers who own Rush Avatar NFTs would have their presence on the platform enhanced with “superpowers and additional personalization.” “and a lot more. This launch places the Rush Gaming Universe onto the blockchain gaming, allowing for creating a new game economy in which players are owners.

According to Hike, the RGU offers eight games with a total of 100 million gameplays per quarter and pays out $50 million in wins to participants each year. The company introduced what it claimed was India’s first cryptocurrency-based employee referral scheme in December 2021.
