Stark is recognized for having written the first guidelines for conducting electronic investigations. His curiosity about contemporary devices started at a young age. When Stark began to take on a considerable number of cases using technology on his own, he became recognized across the Division of Enforcement as the person you could approach for help with any technical difficulty.
