5. Kristin Smith

Kristin Smith is the last woman to join the list of the top women in web3. Kristin started the Blockchain Association, a group whose goal is to help web3 businesses shape public policy. She made the Blockchain Association because the web3 industry had a lot of problems. Since its start in 2018, when Grayscale, eToro, and Kraken joined, the Blockchain Association has grown and added new members.
